We are currently looking for a member of staff to help us deliver excellent customer service and provide administrative and financial support within the Asset Management & Property Services team, based in Shire Hall, Gloucester.


You will need excellent customer service skills and IT skills; enjoy working as part of a team, whilst still being able to use your own initiative and able to manage your time effectively, ensuring a variety of tasks are completed.


You will need to be able to proactively record, monitor and progress incoming Building Helpdesk customer enquiries via email, telephone and our web portal, whilst processing a variety of financial and administrative tasks.
