Gloucester City Council and Tewkesbury Borough Council have secured Government funding to create a Local Heritage List. The List will identify heritage assets not protected by national designation, which have special local architectural or historic interest. Buildings, structures and archaeological sites or parks and gardens could be included. The post holder will work closely with local heritage groups and residents to create a List for each area.

We are looking for someone with recent experience of engagement, consultation and training amongst communities and volunteers. You should have a strong interest in heritage and conservation. You should have good IT skills as the role will include report writing and delivering presentations.
