The role is involved in a fast developing front line service within MASH offering Early Help to families.

The position will involve communicating with various agencies and family members, gathering information to support requests for service by ensuring the most appropriate response is provided, enabling families to thrive.

There is responsibility to administer and maintain high quality statutory duties such as Ofsted data, childcare funding and the directory.

The post holder must have excellent communication skills and be able to process and record information accurately onto numerous IT systems to support service delivery within a busy fast paced team.
