Children with Additional Needs Services have a broad remit around access to education and inclusion as well as statutory responsibilities for children and young people who have special educational needs (SEN). This post will work closely with the Operations Manager and have an important role in the development and delivery of service improvements across services.


Key responsibilities:
- Provide additional operational leadership and management capacity for Services for Children with Additional Needs to ensure children and young people have access to an inclusive and appropriate education which meets their needs 

- Facilitate service redesign in line with the Children with Additional Needs Business Plan and ensure that service developments improve outcomes for children and young people with additional needs 

- Lead and manage programs of work that support the vision for Education services; this will include embedding new ways of working across services and with our stakeholders and partners
