About the role:

We are looking for a part time (18.5 hours) Administrator to help provide an efficient clerical and administration service for our Cheltenham Locality Team within Adult Social Care.

You will support the delivery of a comprehensive support service to the wider Social Care team and work towards meeting the needs of the wider community.

About you:

We are looking for someone with excellent communication and organisational skills. Experience of working in a customer facing environment is essential, as are excellent IT skills. You will be taking calls from internal colleagues as well as members of the public, so a professional telephone manner is a must. Knowledge of the ERIC database would be beneficial.

If you are proactive with excellent administration skills and enjoy working within a team to provide support to internal and external customers to meet targets and deadlines, then this could be the ideal role for you.
