Housing Officer (Housing Advice) x 2

Full Time - 37 hours or Part Time (to be agreed) Salary up to £22,462

This role is suited for candidates wishing to begin their career in housing and homelessness, all we expect from you is a passion for making a positive change for our residents, a strong work ethic and a proactive mindset.

We are looking for two individuals who are enthusiastic about helping people, have sound administrative skills and are able to work in a fast paced pressurised environment. This is a varied role; duties will include processing Choice Based Lettings applications, Homelessness placements, grant administration, housing benefit enquiries, front-line homelessness advice amongst other tasks.

The ideal candidate will be flexible, adaptable to change and will have a strong commitment to continuous professional development.
