• Build first class relationships with a wide range of stakeholders to facilitate  the identification of future OD needs
• Use evidence based HR practices to influence business decisions
• Bring innovation and fresh thinking to the creation and implementation of organisational development projects across the Council and its partners.Manage our OD Budget to achieve great outcomes for best value

You will need to be an experienced HR/OD practitioner who can demonstrate how you have helped organisations on their transformation journeys and can show a legacy of sustainable outcomes..
You should be adept at encouraging collaboration and buy-in and will be able to influence those around you to achieve results. You’ll thrive on achieving in a positive but demanding, environment and will be able to develop your team and support others.
