We are looking for an innovative, influential, Registered Social Worker who is looking for a new challenge within Adult Social Care. This position is based in the Cheltenham Locality; A team that has high levels of energy and enterprise that pride themselves on collaboration with local partners, providers and the voluntary sector.

This management role is an alternative to remaining a frontline practitioner. Focusing on people management; you will be responsible for encouraging a culture based on respect and dignity.

We are looking for the right person who will instil a culture of continuous improvement. You will be able to demonstrate experience in managing and developing staff, alongside leadership abilities, excellent communication and demonstrated interpersonal skills.

The ideal candidate must be a qualified Social Worker with HCPC registration. We are looking for someone to provide creative and credible approach to social work practise. You must be able to demonstrate an extensive knowledge of legislation through experience as a Social Worker.
