If so, we’ll expect you to:

• Bring innovation and fresh thinking to the creation and implementation of the Council’s recruitment and resourcing strategy.
• Build first class relationships with a wide range of stakeholders to facilitate  the recruitment needs of Gloucestershire County Council, Gloucester City Council, Gloucestershire Fire and Rescue Service and other partner organisations.
• Use evidence based HR practices to inform business decisions and update policy and process.

You will need to be an experienced HR/Recruitment practitioner who can demonstrate how you have helped organisations on their transformation journeys and can show a legacy of sustainable outcomes.

You should be adept at encouraging collaboration and buy-in and will be able to influence those around you to achieve results. You’ll thrive on achieving in a positive but demanding, environment and will be able to develop your team and support others.
