Support & Project Assistant

Fixed term contract for 18 months 

We’re looking for an experienced administrator to join the Disabilities Operations Team, to provide an effective and efficient administrative support service to meet the needs of the Disabilities Operations Management Team. You will also be involved in monitoring/data management, including financial records and in speaking to both internal and external customers.

We are looking for someone who is highly motivated with excellent communication skills. You must have the the ability to work within a team, work to deadlines, work within agreed processes, and be enthusiastic, flexible and motivated. We are also looking for someone with experience in data handling; with high level IT skills in Microsoft Office packages and ideally someone with knowledge of the ERIC database.
