This is a unique opportunity to be in at the start of our journey to review the way we provide signposting and advice to customers with queries about services for adult social care.

The Adult helpdesk service is currently delivered via ‘phone and e-mail and if you are a creative customer service professional with the ability to ensure that queries are answered as near to the point of query as possible and in line with the Council’s policies and procedures, we would like to hear from you. You would be expected to provide a responsive and effective point of contact for all County Council customers – both internal and external and must be comfortable working in a corporate contact centre environment.
