Do you have the drive, passion and commitment to deliver excellent Customer Service?
We are looking for an enthusiastic person to supervise the day to day operational service delivery of the Customer Services team. The team act as the first point of contact for many Council services across multiple channels.
You will have experience getting the best out of people, driving performance and continuous improvement in a busy customer service environment. You will be able to prioritise effectively and make good decisions under pressure. You will have experience supporting vulnerable customers and be an effective communicator with excellent digital skills. Good analysis and numeracy skills are also essential as you will need to monitor, interpret and report on team and service performance.
You will be open to new and better ways of working, always putting the customer at the heart of everything you do.
This is a temporary full time post providing maternity cover for up to one year.
