We are currently looking for a member of staff to help us deliver a high standard of customer service directly to the public at Nailsworth Library.
You will need excellent IT and digital skills, enjoy working as part of a team which includes library volunteers.
You need to be able to use initiative and be confident working without direct supervision for most of the week.
You will be expected to proactively promote the library by engaging with the wide range of customers who visit and to organise & deliver children’s activities.
No formal library qualifications are required but customer service experience is needed.
