As one of the City’s two Intelligent Client Officers you would be the our first point of contact for Civica Revenues and Benefits; responsible for ensuring that statutory and contractual obligations are met, monitoring budgets, performance and the allocation of discretionary housing payments and building relationships with partners and stakeholders to improve outcomes for the citizens of Gloucester. You would also represent the City Council at relevant Magistrates Court proceedings.
