 Adult social care is recruiting to an appointment and people sourcing administrator to join their practice development team.

 This is an exciting and new role, reporting to the recruitment and retention coordinator. It is a perfect career move for an experienced recruiter, looking to build a career in the Health and social care sector.

 The appointment and people sourcing administrator will work with the recruitment and retention coordinator to ensure the efficiency of advertising, short listing, setting up interviews and all arrangements surrounding job offers and appointments for permanent, temporary and agency staff. They will also support with monitoring the progress of recruits against agreed timetables to ensure that processing deadlines are met and to take remedial action as appropriate.

The role will give the right person the chance to support the recruitment and retention strategy, allowed them to offer ideas and contributions to support in its development.

We are looking for candidates who possess strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise workloads. Candidates must also feel confident to engage and communicate to a wide range of stakeholders, including management, members of the public and other staff from across the council.

This is a varied and dynamic role, in a newly formed and supportive team. You will get regular supervision and investment into your development.
