Within the Education Hub, an opportunity has arisen for an Officer to work within the Access to Education team. We are responsible for managing a range of statutory duties and this is some of what you would need to do:-

  • Provide administration support for processes for school in-year admissions

  • Ensure that processes serve the interests of children and young people, particularly those from low income families or other vulnerable groups

  • Work closely with internal colleagues to provide high quality and advice to parents on access issues through a variety of media, targeting in particular those who might have difficultly navigating the system


Deliver high quality customer service and support the identification and introduction of further improvements in service levels and associated procedures
