We have an exciting opportunity for a Team Leader to join our professional and dedicated Targeted Family Support Team and help us to continue to develop our high quality service for families with children aged 0 -11.

We are seeking a Family Support Worker who has a thorough understanding of the Early Help offer in Gloucestershire and who will have worked with children and families at all 4 levels of intervention (GSCB).

You will have at least a Level 4 qualification in a relevant field and be committed to leading our teams to deliver positive outcomes for children.

This is a permanent position working 22.5 hours per week over 3 days (Weds / Thurs / Fri).

The post holder may be required to work at any of the Children and Family Centres operated by the Federation across the Cheltenham and Tewksbury area.

As a member of the Federation Team we will offer you;

• Training – on-going continued professional development which could include on the job training, work shadowing, courses and qualifications – all depending on what you need as a person and what the organisation needs now and in the future

As part of the recruitment process you will be asked to complete an interview, presentation and a short task related to the post of Family Support Team Leader. We will require two written references for all shortlisted candidates.
