We are looking for someone with customer service and supervisory experience who thrives on multi-tasking. You will need to be enthusiastic, proactive and have excellent people skills.
Your role will be to support the Librarian Team Leader in managing day to day services and supervising staff at Gloucester Library. You will provide direct customer service and, in conjunction with the Team Leader, will be responsible for the deployment of staff, management of administrative tasks and banking and for maintaining good working relationships with partners and volunteers.
The role includes working in the evenings and on Saturdays and working with Children in a Library setting from time to time. The role is fixed term for 1 year from start date. For Pattern of Hours please see Extra Information on document library.
