We are looking for an experienced administrator to provide an efficient, comprehensive clerical and administration service for our Forest of Dean locality team, part of Adult Social Care.

This team administrator role will largely involve autonomous working, with the majority of work taking place on the reception desk. Working on the reception will involve meeting service users, their families and other professional as well as the coordination and liaison with our buildings help desks, updating logs regarding work completed.

We are looking for someone with excellent organisational skills and someone who has experience of working in a customer facing environment. This role will also involve daily use of excel spreadsheets, so excellent IT skills are required.

You will get access to mandatory training including minute taking training, customer service training and much more; specifically catered to your role with us. In addition, you will be working with a close and supportive team, where you will get regular supervision.
