The Referral Taker is the first point of contact in the Cotswolds Locality Referral centre; they are responsible for providing comprehensive, holistic information, liaising with partner agencies and taking referrals.

The successful candidate must have excellent communication skills and the ability to remain calm and focussed in a busy environment, maintaining a positive team working approach.

The role needs a holistic approach and an ability to create accurate referrals of appropriate urgency for relevant teams or for signposting and directing to other agencies.

The role will be responsible for triaging and facilitating information for team managers and other professionals within the team.
