An exciting opportunity exists for a Business Administration Apprentice at Level 3 working within the busy ICT Traded Service to Schools, supporting Gloucestershire educational establishments. We are looking for a dynamic, customer focused, goal orientated individual who has an interest in working within an ICT Support environment.

This individual will be expected to work to deadlines, have attention to detail, be an analytical thinker and willing to develop a variety of professional skills whilst contributing to a more innovative way of working.

Your day to day role would include supporting the team and the customers by taking customer phone calls and logging the information on the team’s helpdesk system. The role will also include monitoring incoming emails and dealing with them in the appropriate manner. In addition, there maybe opportunities to visit customer sites and work under supervision.

Training will be given to the successful candidate in order to allow them to widen and deepen their role and responsibilities.

Desirable educational background may include but is not restricted to GSCE passes in Maths and English.
