Senior Team Administrator
Salary: £19,171 - £21,589 pro rota

This post will provide clerical support to our staff including undertaking inputting of data into our IT systems using your strong Excel skills. Knowledge of Health or Social care environment and ERIC would be an advantage. We would like the ideal candidate to support in the managing and leading a team to deliver a comprehensive administration and support function within the service area that meets the needs of customers.
Your role will be to ensure effective and consistent administration and support standards within the team and across the service area. If you are proactive, flexible, have excellent administration skills and enjoy working with your team colleagues to provide support to internal and external customers, meet targets and deadlines, then we would like to hear from you.
You will get access to mandatory training including minute taking training, customer service training and much more; specifically catered to your role with us. In addition, you will be working with a close and supportive team, where you will get regular supervision.
Working in the Gloucester Locality you will be based at Shire Hall, but part of a wider Adult Social Care team. The hours for this role are 9am – 5pm for 4 full days (Monday to Friday excluding Wednesday).
