We are recruiting an Outcome Manager to work across the health and social care system for people with mental health conditions and/or autistic spectrum conditions. The role will be situated within the Integrated Disabilities Commissioning Hub.

The opportunity would ideally suit a dynamic, ambitious and forward thinking candidate with a strong background relevant to the sector. You will be able to demonstrate your credibility in both clinical and commissioning health and ideally social care systems through a proven track record of success in the area. Equally, you will be able to evidence an ability to lead on all aspects of the commissioning cycle.You will need to be a highly motivated, resilient, person-centred and flexible individual. You will need to be able to navigate across systemic boundaries effectively and consider proactive solutions for complex issues. You will be both a strong leader and effective team player with an appetite for change.Above all, you will be motivated to support the public sector to deliver high quality outcomes for people with mental health conditions and/or autistic spectrum conditions by enabling the system to adapt and transform in response to the demands of the current and future context.
