We are recruiting a permanent full time Administrator to support the delivery of a comprehensive administration and support function within the Prevention, Wellbeing and Communities Hub to meet the needs of internal and external customers. This is a varied role and you will be part of a busy team of Administrators who support the council’s Commissioning Hubs.
To do this role effectively you will need to:
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills as you will be dealing with a wide range of internal and external customers
- Experience or willingness to learn Microsoft Outlook as you will support the diary management of senior staff as required which may include arranging meetings with partners.
- Be a confident SAP shopper or have a willingness to learn. This will involve raising purchase orders, payment of invoices and liaising with budget holders and managers.
- Be able to provide evidence of administrative support skills including use of Microsoft Excel and MS Word
- Be customer focused
