We are looking to recruit a member of staff that will work from 21.00 to 7.00 overnight with Health colleagues based at Edward Jenner Court who will direct the work to be undertaken. Community Care Workers will work with a nursing colleague, and occasionally in pairs themselves, undertaking simple clinical tasks and basic personal and social care.

The role involves driving around the County at night and responding to referrals for unplanned care. You will work closely with other staff working overnight OOH GP, ambulance staff and the Rapid Response team.Applicants should be excellent communicators, have experience of delivering personal care and experience of dealing with situations in a calm and reassuring manner.
