Please note, this vacancy is a Level 2 Administrator role that involves supporting the Integrated Social Care Manager and has additional specific responsibilities to our Team Administrator vacancy.

We are looking for a full time, Level Two Administrator to help provide effective, efficient and consistent administrative support for our Stroud Locality within Adult Social Care.

You Will: 

This role involves supporting the Integrated Social Care Manager and the Adult Social Care Leadership Team in the Stroud Locality. This will include undertaking administrative duties to support the business needs of the team and the wider service area; this will mean answering telephone calls, inputting sensitive data, facilitating meetings, booking rooms, preparing agendas, taking minutes  and also diary management. We are therefore looking for a candidate who has experience of working in a team and office environment and who has the ability to manage their own workload. The role requires someone who is adaptable, can work on own initiative and is able to deal with conflicting priorities on a day to day basis.

We need someone who is proactive, flexible, organised and has excellent administration skills. We will offer you a supportive working environment and opportunities to learn and develop your administration skills, in a Health and Social Care setting.
