The successful candidate will be responsible for training and supporting users of the Council’s Social Care Caseload Management systems, Liquidlogic and ERIC, using our existing training packages. High levels of experience and proven track record of use in the Liquidlogic software is desirable. You will be expected to be patient and customer-focussed and have excellent presentational skills.

You will be providing third-line Liquidlogic and ERIC support to the Applications Support Desk customers and be supporting the ICT Systems Team Leader with various project work focused on achieving outcomes in the business.
