An opportunity has arisen for a Senior Officer to provide support to ensure effective home to school travel arrangements are made for children and young people with Special Educational Needs and/or Disabilities (SEND).


This is a varied role and the ideal candidate will have a sound understanding of SEND and/or knowledge of home to school transport policies and practice.


Working closely with internal and external stakeholders, the successful candidate will have excellent customer service and advocacy skills. They will understand the requirement for cost effective service delivery and the importance of supporting the individual needs of young people with safe and appropriate travel arrangements.
