We are looking for a forward thinking administrator to join our Children’s Social Care Disabled children and Young Peoples team based in Gloucester. We require a Full time administrator to work 37 hours a week. The role involves undertaking administrative duties to support the business needs of the social work team and the wider service area; this will include, answering telephone calls, inputting and dealing with sensitive data, booking rooms, taking minutes and supporting a team of Social workers. This role has an element of finance work, including Foster career payments, Invoices and working with financial processes. The candidate will require experience of working in a team and office environment and who has the ability to manage their own workload. The role requires someone who is adaptable, can work on own initiative as well as part of a team and is able to deal with conflicting priorities on a day to day basis. We need someone who is proactive, flexible, organised and has excellent administration skills.
