This is a great opportunity for you to join us and provide technical support to the council’s development management and policy functions within the Development Management & Minerals and Waste Policy teams.
Crucial to the role will be the ability to work closely with professional officers to positively contribute to the timely and efficient registration, consultation and decision issuing of planning applications; and notification, monitoring and recording of policy and plan-making consultation events.
You should demonstrate a high level of ICT/database/GIS experience, or an HND/degree or NVQ equivalent would be preferred. Qualifications considered could include planning, architectural or surveying technician.
