Information Security Adviser
Salary: £29,636 to £38,813 per annum (Career grade progression)
Location:Information Management Service, Block 4a, Shire Hall, Westgate Street, Gloucester - GL1 2TG

An opportunity has arisen for an Information Security Adviser to work in the Council’s Information Management Service.
The successful post holder will work under the direction of the Senior Information Security Adviser to implement the council’s strategic information risk framework and cyber resilience disaster recovery plan, maintaining and managing a council-wide strategy for the delivery of information security policy and good practice.
The post requires excellent organisational and time management skills, and the successful candidate will also need the ability to manage a diverse and varied workload whilst meeting internal and external deadlines.
