The Care Services Finance Team are looking to support an apprentice to gain a Level 2 qualification in Customer Services.


The team process payments to Residential and Nursing Homes, Domiciliary and Day Care Providers, Foster Carers, makes Direct Payments to individuals and cover a helpline assisting individuals with enquiries relating to their charges for care.


The ideal candidate should demonstrate a flexible approach to work, possess good interpersonal and communication skills and be IT literate.
