The successful candidate will be customer focused with a professional telephone manner. They must have excellent communication skills alongside a flexible approach to work with the ability to prioritise their workload to meet deadlines in a busy team environment.
Within the Telecare Team, Administrators provide dedicated support for Assessors, Response Officer, Development Officers and Management and will ensure that the team is supported with all relevant admin tasks including data inputting using the Social Care computer system. You will have dedicated support along with on the job training.
