The role of a CSE Social Worker:
Your role will be a social worker in the Child sexual exploitation team. The successful candidate will be working directly with young people who are at risk or have been exploited. The candidate will need to have proven experience of working with vulnerable young people and have an in-depth knowledge of what exploitation is.
Alongside this there are some things we will require of you to be successfully appointed to this post, as well as your experience as a frontline social worker:

Experience of working with vulnerable young people- Your front line experience as a qualified and registered social worker- Your curiosity, analytical and communication skills to deliver high quality assessments to ensure the best outcomes for our children and their families.- You to provide high level support and challenge to social work colleagues to foster a learning culture- You to also bring resilience to manage situations of a challenging nature
