We are looking to recruit an experience transformation manager to join an exciting and challenging change programme. Working as part of the Children’s Services education team, you will work with and support subject matter experts to plan, develop and deliver the transformation programme.
This is an exciting programme of work focussed on improving the services we offer to children and young people with additional needs, ensuring the right support is available to them at the right time. In this role you will be working with the education team and multi-agency partners to manage programme governance and ensure effective planning and implementation.
