You will be responsible for undertaking design audit of third party developer works under Section 38 and 278 of the Highways Act 1980.

To provide engineering advice on highway designs including layouts, materials, highway drainage, construction details, design approach, calculations, drawings and documents submitted by third parties, in line with national standards and Council policy, so as to achieve technical approval for the drawings and specifications which will form the basis of proposed highway infrastructure agreements (under Section 184, 278 and 38 of the Highway Act 1980).
