A rare opportunity has arisen for an experienced senior manager to work as a member of Library & Registration services senior leadership team.


 


The post has strategic responsibility for the development of both staff and services ensuring that the vision and outcomes for the services are achieved. A particular focus will be on workforce development, strengthening partnership working across both services, libraries support for economic recovery and cultural and outreach development, exploring ways of delivery that embrace new technologies.


 


We are looking for a candidate with strong leadership skills and creativity, a pro-active attitude and an ability to work within an existing team structure. This role will be required to attract grant funding and manage budgets, ensuring the most effective use of council resources.

Interviews to be held either 5th or 8th March 2021.
