Gloucestershire County Council is looking to recruit an Area Highway Manager to join our Highways Commissioning Team delivering highways maintenance across Gloucestershire within defined geographical areas.

As the Area Highway Manager you would be managing a team of Local Highways Managers, Area Highways Representatives and Technicians.

This role will key part in supporting local members on highway matters as well as delivering the statutory highway duties.

Candidates should have a relevant experience in highways, management and be committed to excellent customer service.

Area Highways Managers work from local depots in Cannop, Bamfurlong, Moreton, Stroudwater and Cirencester, as well as from Shire Hall.
