We are looking for an experienced and committed administrator to join us on a 12 month maternity cover contract in Children’s Social Care as part of our Business Support Team. The position is working in the Stroud 11-25 Permanence Team, based at Stroud Youth Centre – Ryleaze Road. The position is part time at 18.5 hours a week, Wednesday afternoon to Friday.
The role involves undertaking administrative duties to support the business needs of the team and the wider service area. These will include managing calls, inputting and handling sensitive data, following financial processes, taking minutes, liaising with other professionals and any other duties to support the social work teams.
We are looking for someone with experience of working in a team and office environment and who has the ability to manage their own workload. The ideal candidate should display qualities of adaptability, professionalism and be proactive in their approach.
Working as part of our business support team we will offer you a supportive working environment and opportunities to learn and develop your administration skills within a Children’s Social Care setting.
