We are looking for two Change Analysts to join the newly formed Service Management Team.
These are multi-faceted roles where you will be expected to support the Change Manager by inspecting and evaluating change management requests and following strict internal and external processes. You will also be expected to provide support within either the asset management process or by providing system administration for the new information technology service management (ITSM) tool, Service Now.
We are looking for methodical, well-organised candidates that can demonstrate attention to detail. The candidates will also need to be able to work flexibly and be resilient working to deadlines.
Prior knowledge of either ITIL, change management, asset management processes, or ITSM tools is preferred.
