Thank you for your interest in Gloucestershire County Council, you will be joining us at a very exciting time. Our newly set up Digital & ICT service is embarking on ambitious change and this will require a fundamental shift in the way that services are delivered.

We are looking for a Supplier and Sourcing Officer to join the newly formed Service Delivery team. This is an interesting and varied role where you will support and monitor the contracts used by GCC and its partners to maintain underlying business processes and/or continuity of service to enable the delivery of desired outcomes.

You will be a customer focused, organised and tenacious individual who has extensive experience and a proven track record of working within a supplier and sourcing role.

You will be expected to be flexible and regularly prioritise competing demands in order to meet key deadlines, and be an analytical thinker capable of pragmatic problem solving. You will preferably have experience in the systems used to procure/renew contracts (e.g. SAP, Pro contract, government frameworks).

We will provide you with development opportunities.

If you think this role sounds interesting then we would like to hear from you.
