Location:Complaints Team, Shire Hall Complex, Gloucester (Please note, for the foreseeable future the successful candidate will be working from home) - GL1 2TP

The Complaints Team is seeking an enthusiastic and professional person to support the management of the complaints process across the council.


You will be provide officer support to primarily the Children’s Service complaint function, but once settled into the role you will also provide support to the Adult Care and Corporate Services complaint functions.


You should be able to deal with complex situations with the ability to organise and prioritise your work to provide high quality and timely support.  Resilience is an important quality required as you will be working with sensitive information concerning a number of service areas and will need to handle difficult telephone calls that will require a professional, calm and customer focused approach.
