Gloucestershire County Council is committed to offering opportunities for apprentices to join our workforce. Within Adult Education we have a Business Support Service which works to support our teams of coordinators with a number of administrative functions, including financial administration tasks.

As an apprentice with us we would assign you to work within one of our administrative teams to learn about Adult Education and the key admin tasks to allow you to develop the workplace skills alongside your qualification and work-based training. This particular apprenticeship would concentrate on various aspects of the service such as finance, social media, marketing and data entry.

We are looking for someone to join our admin team supporting the works we do to ensure those persons within communities in Gloucestershire are supported with their educational needs.

Working in Adult Education does require an applicant who can be proactive or responsive to changing demands, however, it is also a role that can bring great reward and job satisfaction.
